Dr. Farrell Fort is the Director of Pharmacy Quality at Pharmacare, where he acts as a crucial liaison between Pharmacare and its pharmacy partners. In this role, he collaborates closely with Pharmacy and Facility leadership to ensure the effective, efficient, and quality-driven delivery of pharmacy services.

Dr. Fort has been instrumental in launching the Therapeutic Interchange Program at Cantex, providing cost-effective therapeutic alternatives that maintain the highest standards of patient care. His expertise in pharmacy automation has facilitated the successful integration of advanced technologies across the Cantex Continuum Network, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.

With extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, Dr. Fort has held roles as Director of Pharmacy in diverse long-term care environments and as Pharmacist-in-Charge at multiple pharmacy locations. A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy, Dr. Fort also holds numerous pharmacy certifications and state licenses, further reinforcing his commitment to excellence in pharmacy practice.
